Abstract:
The time has come to take action. On Feb. 24, the ACE negotiations team was told that the Board of Trustees has said that there will be no "sharing the pain" to resolve these cuts until it gets worse. This means that the District has decided to resolve its budget problems with layoff and therefore devastation of the colleges....
