Unnecessary staff parking
A couple of weekends ago I arrived at Flint Center Parking Garage and discovered that the first level of the south section had been barricaded.
The following Monday I discovered that the entire section was staff parking. I still haven't discovered why.
For two weeks I've observed that on any given day, less than half of the staff parking spaces were used.…
