Our culture lacks sexual crime awareness
A 15-year-old girl was gang-raped for two hours on Saturday Oct. 24 outside Richmond High School's homecoming dance.
Detectives reported that, as the victim lay semi-unconscious, as many as six men raped, beat and stole her jewelry. Meanwhile, over 12 people watched, laughed and took photos of the victim.…
