New permit system discriminates

The new parking permit system started this quarter is supposed to reduce time waiting in the long cashier line. However, the new system is not better than the old one.

According to the new system, students have to access the Internet to order a permit, and they need to have a credit card.

Students then have to pay an additional fee for credit card use. There are students who do not have the Internet at home, or they cannot use the Internet very well.

The new system seems to discriminate against students who do not have money, skill and time. Is the new system really supposed to make life easier?

Maybe it makes the staffs' life easier, but not the students'.
