This summer quarter De Anza students will experience an increase in their student health fee, from $11 to $13 per quarter. The Foothill-De Anza Board of Trustees voted during their June 4 meeting to approve of the initiative recommended by the Foothill-De Anza administration, and passed it.

Student Trustee Jordan Eldridge spoke during public comments at the June 6 DASB senate meeting about the increase.

"I gave a 'no' advisory to that," he said.
