DASB Senate meeting notes

Issue date: 5/27/08 Section: News
May 14
What happened:
The date for the swearing in of the new senate was moved from June 4 to June 18. Since the candidate running for student trustee has no opponents and will therefore win by default, the senate considered swearing in officers at an earlier date.
Why this matters:
Since there is approximately a month left for tasks to be completed, the DASB pushed back the date to avoid having to train new senators and to allow the current senators to complete all of their final projects for this year.
